  I was looking for a digital sign for the all volunteer theater where I am the House and Grounds Director, after an exhaustive search I finally chose Genoptics for our sign. I am not very well versed in computers and this is my first exposure to digital signs, every step of the way they have been helpful and supportive.   I have been working with Fahim at Genoptic Smart Displays through the whole process of purchasing, shipping, installation, and follow up on a 6x12 8mm display and I can’t say enough about how great he and the company has been to work with.
They have always been very quick to respond to any questions I have and always has an answer.
Everything has went very very smoothly!
The board has been up and running about two months now with zero issues.
They make installing these displays very simple if you have some common knowledge on assembly wiring.
The screens are very clean looking and well built. The software is very user friendly and they also offer software training with the purchase of a display.
I did very extensive research on what company to work with before I made the purchase of my display board and I’m glad I did!
Like I said before, I can’t say enough great things about Genoptics and will definitely be purchasing more displays from them in the future.
