I was looking for a digital sign for the all volunteer theater where I am the House and Grounds Director, after an exhaustive search I finally chose Genoptics for our sign. I could not have made a better choice. We are just over a year in and our sign is performing beautifully, their customer service has been nothing but terrific. I am not very well versed in computers and this is my first exposure to digital signs, every step of the way they have been helpful and supportive. They set up a training for us early on and have been available at multiple times to assist with technical support. I always find them to be available at a moments notice and knowledgeable. I have been working with Fahim at Genoptic Smart Displays through the whole process of purchasing, shipping, installation, and follow up on a 6x12 8mm display and I can’t say enough about how great he and the company has been to work with.
They have always been very quick to respond to any questions I have and always has an answer.
Everything has went very very smoothly!
The board has been up and running about two months now with zero issues.
They make installing these displays very simple if you have some common knowledge on assembly wiring.
The screens are very clean looking and well built. The software is very user friendly and they also offer software training with the purchase of a display.
I did very extensive research on what company to work with before I made the purchase of my display board and I’m glad I did!
Like I said before, I can’t say enough great things about Genoptics and will definitely be purchasing more displays from them in the future.

I shopped around alot, and found that the warranty was the best in the industry which was high on my list. David was extremely helpful in all my questions, and walked me through the setup process as we did our own install. 2 years later, all is well, and they are just a phone call or email away for support.
